Marketing and advertising uni

I went through clearing and I picked marketing and advertising. I'm trying to find what is involved in this course, can anyone who has done this course please tell me what it involves, is there a lot of maths, theory?

Have a read through the course modules on the uni website. The course will be different at every uni.

Exactly as above! If you have had offers through clearing make sure you check out their website and see what the modules are and decide which ones suit you the best. Don't add anyone to UCAS until you are sure where you want to go 🙂

Hey @lw1106,

The course page should have a list of yearly modules, alongside a brief description of what each module involves and how you'll be assessed. As mentioned above, what you'll be studying depends on the university itself, so read through the modules for each of your choices and see if it's something you'd be interested in learning more about.

You can see the course content for Kingston's Marketing and Advertising BSc here.

Best of luck finding your course!

Hey @lw1106 🤗

Sounds like such an interesting course! Which university is this at? Have you checked the course page now to find out more info about the modules? You might also find more useful course info on their website such as course videos, students sharing their course experience through blogs, videos or social media takeovers. Course webpages sometimes have details about career prospects, and where graduates have gone on to study/and what companies they've landed jobs at, so definitely check out the website in more details

Good luck with your university journey! I hope you have the best time 😀
