Still no news from King's College London

I had applied for a postgraduate Masters program in at King's college London. I had met their requirement and paid at deposit and submitted my transcript from my previous University. Up till today I still have not gotten any news from Kings and when I log on to their website portal it's still tells me to submit my documents but I had already done so and it can be clearly seen in their portal that I have submitted the documents. I am just really worried that my application is not being processed properly. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
