Resits

Hi, I'm going to resit my exams and I don't know if its better to do it independently or go to a college where they do a condensed year teaching 1st and 2nd year content. I do have the opportunity to go back to my current school but I'm not sure if this is the right choice either as I will be sitting through the exact same lessons as before, not learning anything new.
If anyone who has been in this position has any advice please let me know. Thanks!!!!!!

I was predicted AAB but got CCD. Obviously theres quite a difference there but its due to extenuating circumstances not because I didn't understand content.

Okay, based on those grades and your extenuating circumstances, do you feel you would benefit from being in the classroom again?

I'm not sure. If i stayed at my old school I don't think i would benefit as it would be the same content taught by the same teachers, also it will be only yr13 content. Whereas, if I change schools, its yr12&13 content with new people. Also in this new school i'll be part of a year group where everyone is doing resits. In my old school ill just be part of the year below me. So im learning more into deciding between independent learning and going to this new school. Only issue is the new school is private and very expensive.
