How did my friend visa got rejected?

Hii.... recently my friend got applied for uk student visa....but his visa got rejected....we mailed to the embassy for the reason of rejection...they said your funds are not sufficient! But my Frnd showed the exact amount that has mentioned in CAS... infact extra 500 pounds tooo! The rejection letter states that.... you'll need to show 22000 pounds...but you only showed 20000 pounds....the thing is he got scholarship of 40000 pounds...The scholarship amount is clearly mentioned in CAS tooo....but the embassy didn't consider the scholarship, they didn't minus the scholarship form the tution fee, when it's clearly mention in CAS...so, my Frnd deducted the scholarship amount from the tution fee nd showed the amount...as per the CAS....THEN HOW DID HIS VISA GET REJECTED?

Both things can't be true at the same time -- that he showed the exact amount and £500 more than the exact amount.

https://www.gov.uk/guidance/financial-evidence-for-student-and-child-student-route-applicants says "You need to show you have enough money to pay your course fees. These are shown on your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS)." Did your friend show that he had the amount of money shown on the CAS? (Bear in mind that if the money is in a bank account that's not denominated in pounds sterling the embassy would need to do a currency conversion, and that if the exchange rate changes that might affect the situation.)

The fact that your friend has a scholarship might not be something that the embassy will take into account.

It's not clear from the web page I gave above whether your friend needs to show that he has enough money for the tuition fees shown on the CAS plus the living costs shown on that web page.

Your friend needs to get advice from someone trained to give it -- so it would be best if he contacted the visa team at the university he's applied to. It would probably help if your friend provides the university's visa team with a copy of the rejection letter so they can advise him what to do.
