Have you tried Testi? Its an app which I think requires a fee, but its helped lots of people find tests/cancelations to book as it sends you notifications when slots are free in your chosen test centre. There is a paid version and a free version, not sure what you get for paying, but its worth looking into if you are struggling to get a test.
