Enrolment at LSE without official certificate from current degree

Hi everyone, I am currently finishing my PPE bachelor's degree in Germany and have a small (or rather large) problem:
Because I can only hand in my bachelor thesis at the beginning of september, I won't get my official bachelor certificate until 8-12 weeks later. My enrolment is on 20th September.
At the time of enrolment, however, I will have a transcript of record and provisional degree certificate showing all my achievements and grades, which proves that I have successfully completed my bachelor's degree.

Is that enough to do both pre-enrolment and campus enrolment? Has anyone had any experience with this or know of friends who have?
I am really desperate at this point because the LSE is giving me contradictory information. i have already uploaded a highly-likely letter to get my condition waived and my CAS. But the answer from the CAS/Admissions office scares me. It states that
"Acceptable official degree certificates must contain the following:
- your name,
- the title of the award,
- the date of the award, and
- the name of the awarding institution.

Certificates and transcripts which state that they are provisional cannot be accepted."

It should be in this context yes, but get written confirmation from LSE that this will be okay - print this out and take it with you.

You could ask the German uni for a quicker certificate but it's they aren't compelled to follow this request.
