To current LSBU biomed students: what is year 1 timetable like?

I would really love to know any information you have about the year 1 timetable. I would like to be working during term time, so it would really help to know and plan ahead.
What I want to know is:
- is attendance to lectures always compulsory and do they take attendance?
- how many days a week do you have classes?
- are the lectures recorded and uploaded for future reference?
