Campbell Harris College here in Kensington, London has 2000 or so mature students each year doing GCSEs, IGCSEs, and A-Levels. It is the best centre in London arguably since they enter you for any combination of subjects as you like as long as there is no coursework to do or practicals but practicals can be arranged.
