University Course transfer clearing

Hello, i completed a Foundation Year in EE engineering. The pass was 40%, and the entry requirement for the subject at the uni is usually BBB to BCC. I got grades BCD. After my FY i realised i dont really like most modules for EE eng but actually much preferred the coding, compsci modules. Computer science at the university is also in clearing but last time i was rejected because of my grades. If the pass for EE is 40% and has same entry requirement as Compsci, what are the chances i can transfer? Would it be high? Or do unis make the transfer % higher? Since my Alevels are similar and the uni prob needs seats considering their financial problems, would they be MORE lenient. Im praying but would like some help

You've mentioned that they rejected you previously for Computer Science, based upon your BCD grades at A level. You also said that "EE ... has same entry requirement as Compsci" and that "entry requirement for the subject at the uni is usually BBB to BCC". Is BBB standard and BCC contextual? What were your offer grades for Computer Science?

Also, you've said with regards to your foundation year that, "The pass was 40%" and "the pass for EE is 40%", but haven't mentioned how well you're doing. Are you just scraping through? Or are you nailing it?
