Applied medical science, if you still want to open doors for medicine later or research careers or clinical scientists options. Applied medical science lectures based in Royal free hospital and some modules are same as Medicine. The other one is a business degree focused on doing start up companies. It’s in their course descriptions too. Depends on which field your ambitions are in.

I don’t think there is any student accommodation near the hospital . All accommodations are scattered around the main campus and the adjacent areas. Royal free is 4 tube stations away from main campus (Euston). Ifor Evan house accommodation may be the closest (45 mins walk or 20 mins by overground). My advice is download the TfL app (transport for London) and put in your preferred accommodation address to royal free. It will show you the journey and duration. Lectures starts early morning so please key in the factor of in case of tube strike etc. So somewhere accessible by alternative method (eg near to bus station or overground) would be preferable.
