UCAS won't Accept University Name as Awarding organisation (character limit).

Hi,

I am a prospective transfer student trying to transfer from my current universty to another for entry to first year. However, when I try and add my qualifcation/transcript grades to UCAS it won't accept it as the name of my university is longer than their allowed character limit (8). Is there anyway, around this? I will mention my university studies in my personal statement but in my education section is just says [university name] 2023/24 without any grades. As I have lackluster A-levels, I feel like its important to include my much more impressive uni grades.

Also, I don't have a reference yet but I am confident that I can get one in short notice from a former teacher or even from someone at my current uni (which would be better?). Would I need one for a clearing application?

Any guidance on what to do to would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Abbreviate the university name for the awarding body
