Transferring Course to Different University?

Hi, I just came out of a 3 year relationship, still really good friends, I am aged 19. Reasons why? I'm East asian, her family is hindu and racist. Broke things off, because her mum found out. She thought that this would give her closure but it hasn't breaking things off.

Her family give her no freedom, she just stays inside the house all day.

She goes to the local university, so lives at home. What can she do? What can I do?

I do a degree apprenticeship, but I live 100 miles away, for now she is a friend, who I will always support.

Can she transfer to another university and do the same course? she passed first year got 70-80% doing biochem.
