so i got a clearing offer from ucl for history and i have an offer from kcl for political economy. i’m wondering which degree is best if i want a career in finance (preferably consulting)

I don’t think it matters. I’m pretty sure both Politics and History degrees have similar if not the same career prospects since they both provide very similar transferable skills. So I’d say pick what you’d enjoy. Also, maybe decide which school you’d prefer. Between UCL and Kings definitely pick UCL, but that’s just my personal preference, they are both excellent unis!
