How to apply to work at Tesco

Hi I’m 17 years old and I’m looking for a part time job at Tesco. I will only do stocking shelves so would have to explain that. I have availabilities at the weekend and sometimes after college depending on the day.

What does the application process go like. I’m not the most sociable person so I’m not sure if there is an interview or anything?

Yes, there would likely be an interview. There is also an online assessment as part of the application. You’d need to apply for the specific role that stacks the shelves, as opposed to applying and then specifying that.

It’s questions related to the job if I remember correctly, like what you would do in certain situations

No don't ask in store as you will be told to look at the jobs availability online.

Have you checked all your local Tesco stores in your local area...... They always advertising.

Try other places like Sainsbury's, Morrisons, Asda, boots, Primark, and any other retailers in your local area.
Even try McDonald's and KFC or burger king.

You have to apply via Tesco own website only, they don't take anything from nobody in-store, you'll only be told by staff that you need to apply online for jobs.
Is there a few Tesco stores within your own local area so you can apply to different ones.
Tesco will be starting there Christmas temporary jobs position in the coming week or so, just keep looking at the website for those positions and apply.

Tesco team leader and stand in supervisor as required.
