I love Aston but I’d be another year behind yet I would be closer to home. need help with this as I really can’t decide. Aston is slightly better but is it an extra year of tuition better?
Although I cant help with the terms of course, my youngest is about to start NTU, and its in our county😀
You have to ask yourself, 1 year extra and being local, versus 1 less year and living futher afield. And the pro's and cons with all of that. Do you feel that extra year would be a waste of time and money, or do you feel you would benefit from it?
With NTU in the city you have tram links and those trams also take you a short journey to the train station. From Nottingham train station you can get back to Birmingham new street /Birmingham uni stop in approx an hour or so, and they run every hour. So you are not a million miles away. And with a railcard, you can get the discounts off.
