Different people feel different things, but in general the vagina is less sensitive than the clitoris. Do you achieve orgasm via clitoral stimulation alone?

The same thing is happening to me!! although i haven't found a single actual helpful answer, here is what i've gathered from just scanning the forums. Your hymen might not have broken yet (the tissue at the entrance of the vagina), or you need to find a way to fully relax your body and your muscles.
But other then that, I would suggest seeing a doctor that specializes in that sort of thing, since legit NOBODY on this website has any actual information on this. 😔
