It's very unlikely that you'll find any bank at all these days that will allow someone with a Cifas marker to open an account.

You might be able to open a "card one money" account -- note that this is a prepaid card, but you get a sort-code and account number so things like salaries can be paid into it.

Note that this will cost you £12.50 a month, so not cheap.

I mention card one money as I've seen it suggested before. Whether or not they still accept customers with Cifas markers is something you'll find out if you apply.
