Biotechnology at University of Nottingham Lab days

Hi Guys,

I am going to start studying Biotechnology at the University of Nottingham this September, and I was just wondering if anyone knew what days and what time the practical labs were for first year? And if they are mandatory to attend, I cant find information on this anywhere on the UoN website, and since i am living on Uni Park next year, I have to plan for the commute to the Sutton Bonington campus.

The labs are usually a part of the assessment for most of STEM courses, so that they are usually mandatory to attend. The timetables for new students will be availabe from Friday 27 September 2024 (Teaching Timetables: 2024/25). After their release, you will be able to see what your schedule will be in terms of lectures, practicals and so on.

As for commuting to Sutton Bonington, there is a service that is free of charge (with your university card) that runs every day from University Park. There is more information here: Hopper Bus.
