hidradenitis suppurativa

Hey does anyone have HS, any tips to maintain it would be appreciated. I haven't been to the GP mainly cause I'm scared and my parents don't know, but I know I will have to eventually go. I have self diagnosed based on research I've done, and all the symptoms I have.

Definitely go to the GP. They can give you antibiotics, dressings and creams etc. If it's weeping they can swab and provide you with the correct anti-biotics. I've had it for years and surgery twice in the early stages. Don't leave it as it can get worse within a day. You should tell your family so that they can support you as it can be very painful with it being a chronic skij condition. If your struggling with studies, you can also get a plan put into place etc once you have GP support.
