Does really depend what you're looking for. Fallowfield campus is probably best for social life and of that lot Oak house, Sheavyn and Unsworth tend to be most liked - Unsworth is maybe the best but is also far more expensive. Oak gets a lot of hate but is as good as some of the others that are £40+/week more. In terms of city and victoria park Denmark road is the priciest and definitely has great facilities but I'm unsure how good the others in that area are.
Something work looking out for is flat size (how many people) and what social space there is. Not having a sofa in a flat can massively alter the dynamic.

So I'd say city campus has generally more international students but everywhere has a nice mix of people. There's also private accommodation that gears itself more towards internationals so might be worth checking that separately.
