i have heard huddersfield product design is good with good employability rate. i have also applied there

It's really important to weigh up your options when deciding on where you want to study. Looking at the course itself is really important but also looking at the university, the location, living arrangements etc is equally as important!

Product Design is a fantastic course at Brunel. The Guardian University Guide 2024 ranks Brunel design graduates top in the UK for career after 15 months, while government figures also show Brunel design graduates rank no.1 for graduate earnings in the UK - HUGE stats!

The Product Design Engineering course option is fully accredited and recognised by the Institution of Engineer Designers.

Students have the opportunity to study abroad. You could spend a term or a year in one of our partner universities via our exchange programme: Politecnico di Milano in Italy; Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands, San Francisco State University in the USA and Institut Superieur de Design, ISD Bubika in France. Which could be a great option to consider!

Finally, Brunel itself is a campus uni with a great community feel. There are lots of sports clubs, societies, cafes and places to eat all based on campus. All first years are guaranteed places in halls too which not all universities can offer. It's a short journey away from central London too so you can explore the big city not far from uni!
