missed my vet offer and don’t know what to do

I had an offer for RVC gateway and needed CC Advanced Higher but got ABD (D in chem which needed to be at a C). My application was put on hold for a week until A level results day but there were no places left and I’m just feeling so directionless and lost. Scottish vet schools don’t accept resits and then entry requirements for Scottish applicants in England are so high it just wouldn’t make sense to resit for them. Generally they will ask for what is the equivalent of A*A* A level Bio and Chem, as well as AAAAB at Higher. Where do I go now?? I can’t think of anything else I want to do other than veterinary and was so happy when I got my RVC offer, now just feel like i’ve totally blown it. Any advice??

same mine was for AAA but i blew it aswell have u got any back ups

applied through clearing to the new vet school in aberdeen but didn’t get in, my insurance was to uni of edinburgh but rejected it as i didn’t see the point in rushing into a random course so gap year it is lol. think i’ll probably end up having to resit and go through the hell that was chemistry for another year 😭 then just try again for 2025. what about you what’s your plan?
