Living with a non-student

Hi i’m looking for somewhere to live in Chester this September, I’m a student starting at Chester uni and my boyfriend works full time.
Most flats i’ve rang and asked about won’t accept a student or i don’t earn enough since i can’t work full time and student places generally won’t take non-students.
Any advice? We’re stuck on what to do 😞

Have you looked into student rental properties through private landlords? We have some information on our website here - https://www.chester.ac.uk/student-life/accommodation/private-landlords/. There are also some local rental properties such as Abbey Student Rentals, Hoots Student Accommodation, Bed Student Rental, Chester Student Lets.
