Transfer to University of Birmingham

Hello,
I plan on attending another university for my first year whilst re-sitting my A-Levels (as I have not performed well due to personal reasons) and I don't wish to waste a year. I really want to pursue the Electronic and Electrical Engineering degree at UOB. I was wondering if I was able to transfer over to UOB for my second year.

You would need to ask UOB. This is a risky choice (as UoB may say no, and there are funding implications).
It would be better to just resit in the gap year and be ready to hit the ground running when you've got all of your results.

Do UOB accept re sits?
