Can I apply to any Bsc Neuroscience course? A bit lost and confused. Please help!! :(

So Im in year 12 and I just finished A level Psychology which i got a B in. But i also finished my chem and bio AS level, which i got a B and a C in. I plan on resitting my Biology to rounding it to a B. I know through talking to my teacher that my predicted for Chemistry is an A. But is ABB good enough? I mean i am technically doing my A levels in three years which is totally letting me down rn
.
I just wanted to know if anyone knows any good uni choices (If any) for someone in my situation?
