Clearing choice unsuccessful then disappeared

Has anyone else had their clearing choice be marked as unsuccessful then disappear from the UCAS Clearing hub?

That’s how it works. Once you have an unsuccessful clearing choice it’s cleared so you can add another

Thank you. It seemed odd as the history for my declined offers is still there but no record of that first clearing choice I made. The uni in question has told me I still have an offer showing on their system and have asked if I used the right application number for the clearing choice. Haven’t been given an application number for the course / offer and even if I had there’s nowhere to add it on UCAS.
I’ve missed deadlines for other offers and phone lines closed all weekend

You can always ring UCAS if you’re confused.

Did you have a clearing informal offer in writing from the university?

And did you use “Add a clearing choice” or “your clearing matches”?

I had a clearing offer email from the uni and an offer welcome email from the course leader. I used ‘add a clearing choice’.
UCAS phone lines closed until Monday morning, the deadline for me to respond to my offer email is Sunday evening but there’s no-one I can talk to at the uni until Monday either.

But pretty stressed!
I would suggest you Email the University explaining what's happened - even if there's no one to answer it will give you proof that you tried to sort things out before the deadline.

Also have you checked the uni website to see if there are places still available on the course? As the unis don't seem to be working the weekends I don't think your offer could be filled by someone else between Sunday evening and Monday morning.

You could also check the websites of the places you declined - if the worst happened you might find you could reapply to these if the places are unfilled.

There do seem to be a lot of errors going around - there's been a ****-up at Nottingham apparently.
