Manchester physics or reapply to Cambridge?

Hi,
I was rejected from Cambridge Natsci after being pooled this January after interview. I have just achieved my predicted grades - 5A* in my A levels (Physics, Maths, Further maths, Chemistry, EPQ) and thus got into my firm uni, Manchester, for physics. I do like the uni and course but I really want to go to Cambridge, and I was devastated after my rejection as my twin did get into Cambridge for Natsci, and has a confirmed place now after results day.

I am thinking of reapplying - my NSAA scores were fairly good at around 6s and my interviews weren’t too bad, but I worked really hard for my A level exams and know that I am better now and can do even better this year. However, I have no gap year plans and am worried about finding relevant things to do, and it will be difficult for me to be at home while my twin is starting at Cambridge!

Does anyone have any advice?
Thanks
