I completed my BTEC in Applied Science with a D*DD equivalentto A levels , but my GCSE grades are relatively low, with 4s in Maths, English, and Science due to covid as well being new here 5 yrs a go without knowing anything about the grading sytem n so on. I didn't take A-levels, but I would like to study Biomedical Science. Can I still gain admission to these universities through Clearing?

Although universities sometimes lower their A level / BTEC requirements during Clearing, they rarely do the same with their GCSE requirements.

For Biomedical Science:
Queen Mary are looking for "Minimum five GCSE passes including English and Maths at grade C or 4." However, "BTEC qualifications are not considered for entry to this programme." (source)
KCL doesn't state any specific GCSE requirements, but doesn't accept BTECs unless accompanied by a least two A levels. (source)
For UCL, they need "English Language and Mathematics at grade B or 6." Also, BTECs are "Not acceptable for entrance to this programme." (source)

It's also worth noting that Biomedical Science isn't available via Clearing at KCL or UCL anyway.
