Hello,

Yes, Lancaster University offers studio accommodation on campus, in Pendle and Grizedale colleges. They are quite spacious and include a kitchenette, a bathroom and a bedroom. You can find more information, prices, and view the photos and videos of Lancaster's studio accommodation on our website here: Self contained studios - Lancaster University

Let me know if you have any questions regarding the accommodation!

Hi,

Congrats on your offer to study with us!

Our accommodation team are currently working their way through offers, and are sending out emails in batches. Don't worry if you haven't yet received your offer, I am sure it will be sent in the coming days, so please keep an eye out on your emails for this.

Hi

As you have already received an offer, please could you contact the Lonsdale Accommodation manager, Louise Lawless by emailing [email protected].uk or by calling 01524 594970. She will be happy to help you, although there are no guarantees that your son's accommodation can be changed if he has already received an offer, depending on how many studios there are available.

Hope you can get it sorted, and good luck for October!

Hi, I applied for accommodation on results day as I didn’t know I was going to Lancaster (it was my insurance). I have not received my accommodation yet. Should I start looking for accommodations outside the campus?

Hi,

Just to clarify, do you mean that you haven't received any email about the registration for accommodation? If that’s the case, I would definitely advise you to contact the accommodation team. They’re currently working through offers and sending emails in batches, but it’s still a good idea to reach out and explain your situation. I'm sure they’ll be more than willing to help you get it sorted.

Here’s Lancaster’s Clearing hotline, which is open from 09:00-17:00 BST, Monday to Friday, while vacancies are available:

Call 0800 298 9542 if you’re in the UK.

Or +44 (0)1524 931 300 from outside the UK.

You can also apply online through this website: https://www.lancaster.ac.uk/study/clearing/apply/Lancaster Clearing Application.

I hope everything works out for you, and good luck with this exciting new chapter in your life!

No I have sent my application but I sent it past the deadline and I have still not received any information. Should I give them a ring anyways just to make sure?

Hi Anon,
As other ambassadors have said, the accommodation team are working through all of the accommodation applications at the moment and then sending out offer emails in batches. However, if you are concerned about your application i would recommend ringing the accommodation hotline on 0800 298 9542 if you are in the UK, or +44 (0)1524 931 300 from outside the UK, as they will be able to check the progress of your application.
Hope this helps!

I rang the accommodation office today. They are coming to end of allocations for students who put Lancaster as firm choice and are about to move on the those who have an insurance or clearing place. They are preparing a batch of offers to put before the end of the week (which could include the weekend).
