I am an A-Level student from mainland China. My current grades are 3A* in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, and Physics, and 2A in Chemistry and Economics. This year, I also achieved an S in STEP 2 and a 1 in STEP 3. I am applying for the Mathematics at Cambridge for Fall 2025 entry. With my current standardized test scores, do I need to retake exams to achieve 5A* in order to increase my chances of admission? 1. Submit my current 3A*2A grades with predicted A* grades for Economics and Chemistry, as a result, 5A*. 2. Submit my existing grades without any predictions. Given Cambridge's policies on retakes and resits, which option would increase my chances of admission?
