Hey
Yes unfortunately they will be at least 1 maths question normally centered around converting like how many milliliters in a litre. Hardest question I had was a syringe driver is set up to administer 30ml every hour a patient was placed on a 120ml syringe driver a 1pm what time would the syringe driver finish. Just take your time with these question and you should be fine. Some of the universitys gave you a article or video to observe then questioned your thoughts around that but all pharmacy interviews asked question regarding the general pharmacy council (GPhC) 9 standards these are:

Person centered care

Demonstrate leadership

Work in partnership with others

Communicate effectively

Maintain, develop and use professional knowledge and skills

Use professional judgement

Behave in a professional manner

Respect and maintain the persons confidentiality and privacy

Speak up when you have concerns.
The Question asked about the 9 standards are normally can you provide examples in your day to day life that show you have these qualities. I was asked to give two example of this in 2 if my pharmacy interviews. Hope this helps and good luck!

30ml goes into 120ml x4 times therefore the syringe driver will be finished at 5pm 4 hours after being administer.
