Hey, looking for tips for studying with ADHD! BCU have been so lovely and inclusive so far but Im still very nervous around studying as this is my first degree.

Have you applied for DSA?
I dont have ADHD diagnosed but my uni have put it on my learning plan as its very likely they think i have it, and i have Bipolar which also affects my concentration and things.
Small adjustments have been made that might sound bizarre for some, but in my plan it says i can fidget in lecture and may need to get up and this does not show lack of interest or concentraition, infact it often helps with my concentration. I also get DSA who gave me a laptop and printer with some programmes on the laptop to help me with assignments. I also get rest breaks in exams if i need to get up and stretch and extra time as well as my own room away from distractions of a big room
