Presettled status and SFE

Hi

I have a presettled status and im about to enroll college this september

As i made my researches online some says that i am not eligible for full loan unless i have presettled status and lived the UK for 3 years prior to my academic year

but then on the GOV website is says this

You can also apply for full support if you’ve been living in the UK, the EEA, Gibraltar or Switzerland for the past 3 years and you’re:
the child of a Swiss national and you have settled or pre-settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme

My course start Sept 9 2024 and in the past years ive been living between Italy and UK
Please can tell me if im eligible for full Loan?

So just to confirm you have pre settled status and you'd be living in the UK on or before the 1st of September, is this correct? And are you working while you study? Thanks, Jason

Yes Iam in the uk and will be in the uk and yes I’m working and I will still be working while studying
