If you used Clearing in 2024, how did you find it?

uob accommodation contract (help?!)

Just booked my room and paid the accommodation advance fee & the website said afterwards that a contract would show up in around 30 minutes, so I waited on that page (had to go back to it a couple of times by going back through my search history bc I accidentally closed the page) but eventually one of the times it closed/reloaded itself I couldn’t get back to it after? Like where it had been in my history was just links to the accom portal homepage.

Where am I meant to find this contract?? It never loaded properly and the portal layout is really confusing to me
