Surrey Uni accomodation problem

Hi everyone, I managed to get into Surrey uni through clearing for law which is fantastic, however I am having some problems with getting access to the accommodation website which is a bit concerning. When I try to log into it, with the University ID number, it says ‘No student record available, please try again later’. I’ve called the accommodation hotline yesterday, and they said it should be fixed yesterday, or earlier today but it still isn’t working. I was wondering if anyone else is still having this issue (or previously had it), and whether they have had any information from the Surrey university hotlines? Many thanks

The system may not been updated with your details yet. If you have received an email to apply for accommodation and your UCAS status is not confirmed, your account may not have been set up. After your UCAS status is confirmed, it may take up to 24 hours for your account to be set up.
