Yeah no worries,

There's 3 main sections to this application IMO, one, about you, two, CV and business specific questions, and three the psychometric tests:

1.

The typical standard employer questions to cover your background, your university, expected graduation date, work experience, do you know anyone in the company, were you eligible for free school meals and so on (uk standard qs - I have work experience before starting first year so felt v. normal)

2.

Business Specific Questions - just to find out why you may be suited for a potential role in the future and why you're interested in financial sector. I rushed mine and forgot to take out a few edits from writing my answers - like using is instead of are - unprofessional but I hope it doesn't penalise me too much.

3.

Psychometric tests, there are some numerical tests (surprisingly easy), some workplace analytical tests (these have no wrong answers just curious to see how you think) and a personality tests (these also have no wrong answers just curious to see how you think).

Waiting to hear back now. I believe they recruit for the spring week on a rolling basis, but I may be wrong with that last statement.
