my Citi Workday still says " recruiting review" and I applied for CapM. However Citi are well known for quick rejections so fingers crossed for everyone still on " Recruiting Review ".

I applied on the 16th of January for the technology discovery days in Glasgow and my application status still says screen tests in progress? When should they have moved to preliminary conversations?
