Does Durham accept resits?
Does anyone know if Durham accepts resits? I missed my offer from Durham by one grade and I'm thinking of resitting my A levels. Would they give me an offer again next year? Does anyone have any experience with this?

From their own web site, here:
"Would resitting a qualification make my application less competitive?
We will be able to see from your UCAS form that you are re-taking an A Level, but your application won’t be looked at any less favourably because of this.
Your application would be assessed on its own merits in the same way as a student taking their exams for the first time.
If you have had any mitigating circumstances which led you to retaking your A levels, this can be included in your reference."
