University of Nottingham Provisional Offer Rejected Unfairly?

I’m going to bullet point this so it’s nice, easy and quick to understand:
•Done My A-levels 22/23 academic year
•Achieved CCC
•Got a 1:1 in my Uni of Leicester FY
•Applied to University of Nottingham via clearing for Computer Science (G400)
•Got a provisional offer from UoN that’s subject to both: “your fee status being assessed as Home
the University of Nottingham being able to verify the information you supplied about your qualifications”
•Yesterday got rejected via UCAS because “The minimum requirements through Clearing are
AAB.”
•Called UoN after that, informed me to send an e-mail to the clearing email and re add the G400 course code to my UCAS
•Now I wait for the decision and an e-mail.

Additional Information:
•I am 100% sure when I filled out the Clearing application form I said I achieved CCC and a 1:1 during my Foundation Year at University of Leicester
•UCAS saying “the minimum requirements…” is complete rubbish to me because I literally know other people who had nowhere near AAB but are from my UoL foundation year (who also achieved a 1st) get their offer for Computer Science G400 accepted.
•On the provisional offer e-mail, it states “Please be aware that we have not checked your declared qualifications against the entry requirements or your UCAS record, and have made you a provisional offer solely based on the information you have provided.” - based on that information, they gave me the offer based on me saying I achieved CCC last year and how I achieved a 1st in my UoL foundation year which is all 100% true and I have what’s needed to prove so. So the reason on UCAS for not having “AAB” isn’t sitting well with me

Question:
I feel like this university is playing games with me. Is the ideal thing to do wait until hearing a response from their clearing email or completely spam their phone line demanding to be accepted as based on their provisional offer I 100% know I should be accepted (the fact other people in my scenario have been accepted is stressing me out as well, so why me?)

Sorry if this message is all over the place i’m just annoyed and stressed.

Thank you to anyone who reads this and helps <3

If you declared all your grades on the form you submitted & on your UCAS application you should be fine. Probably just an administrative mistake these things do occasionally happen, raise it through the appropriate channels & I would give them an appropriate amount of time to respond (of course if you don’t hear back then you should follow up but I don’t recommend spamming & trying to make demand's - it’s best to be professional & treat these people with respect, remember they are a small team attempting to manage thousands of applicants in a handful of days).

This was a very good message you've sent me, thank you. I need to remember to always be respectful oh my gosh. I was just so stressed but following what you said, since I know I've done all the things that I should've done (declared my grades, input information correctly etc.) I shouldn't stress and wait for them to respond back to me. Worst case scenario I have University of Leicester anyway. Thanks a lot mnot

I am a Nottingham alum, and whilst I don’t know specifically admissions the central administration functions have never been the sharpest unfortunately. But the university itself is fantastic. Best of luck.

Just read through the thread and I am it is fantastic that everything managed to work out for you. I am currently at Leicester university trying to transition to University of Nottingham for computer science. It would be fantastic if maybe we could dm to discuss how exactly you started the transfer process. As Nottingham is my dream school and I am not entirely sure how to navigate the transfer process.
