Is it possible to become an investment banker/ get internships with these a-level grades: AAB

Once you graduate and have a masters do they even look at your a-levels? Thanks.

Yes it’s definitely possible they will at your cv in totality. Some recruiting managers/organizations do look at A-levels, others not at all.

Thanks. High or low chance do you think, since IB is quite competitive. Also do they verify your a-levels cuz technically anyone can lie and that would be unfair.

There are many factors affecting recruiting success, the chances of anyone getting an offer for a front office BB full time role are low regardless of university/A-levels/other notable attainments so in general statistically speaking low.
That said focusing on these details misses what people really look for when recruiting, generally they won’t spend that much time looking at A-levels and more time trying to understand if a candidate is very capable, passionate & will fit the culture of a team.
