Why do dark haired women(Latinas, Arabs and Spaniards )dont usually like blond men?
Most of my friends from these countries are not attracted to blond men.Im a woman but I dont care about hair color so to me this is strange.

Could be due to their culture. If they grew up in their country seeing men with dark hair as well, that might be the norm in their eyes so they might already have an idea in their minds of what an attractive man looks like due to cultural appropriation. So with that in mind, features that aren't within their cultural norm might not be perceived as attractive.

i’m not any of the ethnicities you mentioned but i’m kurdish and i’ve liked blonde men! however those you’ve come across that don’t may not due to culture

But the "cultural norms" haven't stopped many Anglo Saxons from dating other ethnicities because they're considered to be "exotic"?!? It's especially unusual, considering the vast majority of Latinas are technically mixed race (a mix of indigenous people and Europeans (and some mixed with black) from the days of colonialism / slavery).
Besides, 20-25 years ago, you had Cameron Diaz and Christina Aguilera; both of whom were blonde and of Latina background... so I don't think being blonde is anything particularly new in Latino / Hispanic culture

I'm part Arab... and this is probably just your friends' taste in men.
Some guys care for hair colour, so do girls. But these girls aren't speaking for their whole race 😂 I love the occasional blondie, as I'm sure loads of other iraqis do
