ESAT registration??

Hi. My teachers have asked anyone who needs to take the ESAT to register by the end of August. But I've checked the Imperial College London website and there's apparently a choice of when you can sit the exam. I've emailed my teachers, but it's been a week and they haven't responded. So can someone double check the info below:

Entrance exam: ESAT
University: Imperial College London
Choice of test sitting: 7th and 8th January (test sitting 2)
Register between: 24th October - 9th December
Applying for bursary voucher: 23rd September - 9th December

I really don't want to miss the deadlines.
