A level re mark - missed next grade by 3 points

Hi, I missed a B in my English by 3 points and a C in my psychology by 4 points.
Is it worth requesting a re mark of these papers?
How likely am I to make up those points do you think?
Hoping to go to University next year.
Thanks.
When I got my GCSEs remarked it normally changed by 2-3 points. However, those were non-essay subjects so I imagine there's more variablility for essay subjects, and I'm pretty sure the overall number of available marks is higher in an A-level than GCSE subject, so there'll be more opportunities to gain marks.
Given you're close to getting to higher grades there's no risk of going a grade below. Depending on your financial situation and number of papers you want remarked it may be a bit expensive, so given you're applying to uni next year, you might also consider retaking them, although there's more risk involved so imo it's probably worth requesting a remark, and determining if you want to retake after you get the results of the remark.
Hope this helps!
