Resit advice

So I got my a level results back and was very disappointed as I was predicted ABB but ended up with CCD with a C in my EPQ, but I had extenuating circumstances for achieving the grade I did in my EPQ. I managed to get into my insurance choice which was City university to do law, but I don’t think in the future it will be easy finding employment with these grades so that’s why I’m thinking of resitting. However, UCAS state that you have to put your achieved grades on your UCAS application so does that mean I would have to apply to unis that require the grades I achieved or require grades slightly above my the grades I got, since I really want to try and get into a RG university, any help would be greatly appreciated.
Most Law firms now blank-out the name of the Uni and so look at applications 'Uni-blind'.
Go to City, work your socks off and get a First, and you still have the possibility of an excellent career in Law.

Thanks, much appreciated I guess it does make sense for me to stick with City given that I’m very lucky to have gotten in

OMG I'm in the same situation as you but I didn't end up meeting City's offer and getting into my insurance choice which was uni of Westminister. TBH I don't know how i feel about it since I wanted to go to a russel group uni or city uni. I'm glad I'm not the only one in the same situation.

Trust me you would not expect it but I know a lot of people in this position. Out of curiosity are you going to stick with Westminster or resit?

I haven’t fully decided yet as of now cuz some ppl are saying u can resit nd do uni at the same time but that will be too exhausting nd feel like I’m not in the best financial position to resit privately but I could get a part time job. But nothing is guaranteed.

I’m currently deciding my next move as my college do not do resits and if I go to City I’m not confident that I would have much luck in finding work afterwards especially with CCD as a level grades so I’m still deciding whether to resit online or perhaps go to a private college depending on the fees
