A Level Remark/Appeal question

Hi, I got my a level results on the 15th. My firm was Warwick maths (3 A*s, A* in further maths) and Bath maths and computing (A*AA, A in further maths). I got b in physics, A* in comp sci, A* in maths, and an unexpected A in further maths. The grade boundary was 90% or 270/300 across four papers and I got 268/300, which means atm I'm going Bath.
I am not one bit keen on bath and the more I look into, the more I hate it, eg £100+ travel, far from family and I've never actually been more south than Northampton.
I'm trying to go for a remark but annoyingly my school as of this year makes us ask for it through a microsoft form. I asked for the papers back on the 15th with it apparently taking up to 7 days. The priority remark takes up to 15 days, which would mean I would ideally request the remark on Monday, tomorrow, in time for the 04/09 deadline.

I've heard remarks can go down so I planned to get the four papers back and pick and choose and try scrounge for marks that way. My question is should I hold out for a couple extra days to get the papers back and show it to my maths teacher, and then send off the priority remark and pray it comes back earlier... or just send off all four papers on Monday for the remark? Clearing options kind of suck as well for the sort of courses I was after so I'm really hoping for this remark to go well so don't want to mess it up

If yur teacher will look at the copies of your scripts quickly then I'd do that. Honestly I prefer Bath to Warwick these days and most people would grab this option; Warwick has declined.

That's surprising as there seemed to be a strong consensus that Warwick's very good for Maths, only just below Oxbridge and maybe Imperial. There are of course other factors but they're much more personal and can't be ascertained purely from the information given in the original post.

It was good but I think now that Bath is better

Thank you, fortunately held out and just go them back, I'll have a look through and try to get some notes down before I ask my teacher for advice.
Warwick just seems perfect, I dont want anything to do with computing and its a short drive home to see family. Annoyingly the exams officer said they haven't had any mark changes with edexcel yet so heres hoping

Why did you apply for a couurse including computung then? You need the official mark scheme - has your school shared that?

Because that's what I wanted to do haha, Warwick maths was literally a last minute choice but I since decided a bit too late it's not for me, which is why I leant heavily on getting into Warwick

Don't have the mark scheme, tbh don't think I have the time to email the exam officer and wait the extra couple days as I think I have to send off remarks today or latest tomorrow. Rn I'm just redoing the questions I got wrong and see if it corresponds to the number of marks left in case they made an obvious marking error, and then I'll send it to my teacher
