BTEC results wrong on Results Day

So let me start off by saying, I'm in a bad situation. I've decided I wanted to go university. My previous firm and insurance were for a course I no longer wanted to do. I was ready to go through clearing knowing that my grade requirements for both my main choice universities were asking for a DMM which I knew I had achieved months prior to BTEC results day. So I wasn't worried at all in meeting them. Comes to results day and I open my grade sheet to see MMM. That totally sent me into a shock. Knowing that my grade wasn't right I asked one of the teachers who was in charge of the grades to check if there wasn't anything wrong on their side. Funny enough they made an error a year and a half ago with one of my first units which I achieved a Merit. They graded it as a fail and subsequently lowered my grade to an MMM instead of the DMM I needed to get through clearing.

So the school apologised and tried to help me by getting the principal of my school to call up the clearing hotline to confirm to them that there was a mistake on their behalf. The clearing hotline fortunately gave me the verbal offer I was looking for so I was relieved, oh so I though I was until I added it as a clearing choice at exactly 1pm and was declined before 3pm without a reason.

I then proceeded to call my second main choice University and they declined me on the phone saying we need an official grade of a DMM for you to get an offer from us. That's when I started to panic. No offers and no place at my main choice university's.
Devastated I was, I got verbal from a different uni, which wasn't great and I did not want it, but I had to accept to not be left without a space for university. So I didn't think much about the other 2 that I got declined from.

The next day I made the decision to figure out the reason as to why my first choice uni declined me. I called them up and they said to me that they made a mistake on their behalf and they should t have declined me if my actual result was a DMM and not an MMM even if I don't have the official grades back from the exam board. They then told me to decline my place from the uni I did not want, which I successfully got into, to then apply for them to accept me regardless of my situation. So I carried out what the steps to decline the offer and added the new offer from the uni I wanted and AGAIN they declined. This time they added a reason which said: "Discrepancy in grades declared by the uni and ucas hub."
At that's point just wanted to give up. I called them again and it's a different person on the line and now they tell me a to do something which was totally not the same and said to me I have to wait for my grades and then get an extension to keep my place reserved. I was to extend my time if needed after the deadline which is Monday at Noon. Right now I'm just shocked as a student. I've been given unfair grades and also fake offers that don't stand. What's even crazier is that my school teacher has not replied to any of my emails and I've contacted the schools admin team which also haven't replied. It's Sunday now and I've sent emails since Friday. I feel like I've been tortured since then and I'm scared I won't get into a uni that I want in time. If anyone works at Pearson knows how long it take for a wrongly added grade on the system to be changed, please contact me ASAP. The school sent an appeal before 9 in the morning. I hope this crazy scenario does not happen to anyone going into university through clearing because I'm telling you it feels like hell. Someone send help please 🙏.

1) Phone UCAS, and find out what the problem is with your grade. Is it 'incomplete' - the exam board havn't sent UCAS all the info?
2) If the grade has been corrected - or the exam board are going to correct it - then ask your school to EMAIL both your Unis with the correct result.
3) Then phone both Unis and tell them what is going on.
