Student Finance, Changing University application

Hiya
Originally, I applied for SF to fund my place at University of Warwick, but now I got into University of Birmingham by insurance. My SF hasn't been completed yet as I've been sending them evidence since May, but hopefully by the end of next week my application will be confirmed (if no more evidence is needed). I am now filling in the form to change my University, and I understand that it will take around 8 weeks to be processed. As I got in by insurance, I am now also applying for accommodation. I'm feeling a bit anxious that I won't be able to pay my accommodation at UoB - what should I do? Should I just contact them and tell them my situation? I move into accommodation on the 21st, and my start date is the 30th.
