It all boils down to moving more and eating less calories. Sounds easy, but it has to be a way you'd be happy to continue for the long term, or you'll put that weight straight back on once you go back to your old diet and lifestyle. Find healthy, low calorie foods you genuinely like and substitute them for some of your high calorie foods.
Burn more calories than you consume. Literally it.

You need to be in a calorie deficit. Calculate your BMR and then you can work this out.

Go Keto (ask GP first) drop all rice, pasta and potatoes. I lost 8kg in 10wks.
