Should I do alevel economics?

Im I’m year 11 considering my alevels but I didn’t do econ at alevel. I don’t really like essay subjects but I love gcse business. I mainly just don’t want to regret picking it bc idk if it’s interesting or not and I’m finding it hard to find out through my own research

1) what are you other two subjects?
2) what sort of subject might you aim at for Uni - any ideas?
3) what grade did you get for GCSE Maths?

Economics is a very respectable subject. But whether or not you want to take it actually depends on you. If you find it interesting learning about today's economy, you may want to give it a try. Just watch out for the essays.

My other 2 will probably be biology (for sure) and then psych OR business on the side. I’m considering business management for uni or equine veterinary science / equine dentistry which I only need biology for. It’s mainly not being interested in econ that I’m worried about

For Veterinary you will need Chem and Biology so I'm assuming you actually mean 'Equine Science' which is not a Vet degree - and the Equine Dental degree like that at Hartpury isnt 'Dentistry', just a training as an Equine Dental Technician. Do you have relevant practical experience for either of these degrees?

Only you can decide if you want to do A level Economics or not. And, for a Management or Economics degree you will need either A level Maths or a good GCSE Maths grade. If you dont like Maths, you might need to rethink that as a possible degree option.
