I’ve had swollen lymph nodes on my neck for months now. They’re all subcentimeter in size (short axis). I have multiple lymph nodes all over my neck. FNA came back as reactive. But lymph nodes have been tender for months and they also fluctuate in size but I recently got some new ones. They’re enlarged in long axis. They’re elongated.

Go to your GP and have it checked out, ask for testing to get a diagnosis for whatever it is. Looking up symptoms from the internet or asking people online about symptoms isnt a good idea as 1) people and articles online can be misunderstood 2) you might be biased toward either more scary or less scary causes 3) people online and symptom checker tools dont have all the info so can make mistakes.
